Advance Build & Creation Architect'S Studio sits on the 3rd floor of Dc Plaza. This is out on the Bypass Road in Old Faridabad, not too far from Sector 29. Being on the third floor means we get a bit of a view of the road, though mostly it’s just the tops of other buildings and the traffic moving along the bypass. There isn’t an elevator that we use all the time, so the stairs keep us moving. The studio is a bit cluttered, which is how it usually goes when you have drawings and rolls of paper everywhere. It’s not a shiny corporate office. We have some old wooden tables and chairs that have seen better days. The light comes in pretty well through the windows in the afternoon. Sometimes it gets a bit dusty because of the construction work happening nearby, but that’s just how Faridabad is these days. We usually have the radio playing softly in the background while we work. It’s a decent enough spot to spend the day. Most people find us because they are already in the plaza for something else or they live nearby in Sector 29. We keep it low key here. There’s no front desk person waiting to greet you, just whoever is free will look up from their desk. It’s a working space, plain and simple, and we’ve been here long enough that the walls feel very familiar to us now.
