Nirman Architects

Nirman Architects has been operating out of Sector 10 at I-8 for quite some time. It’s a simple setup we’ve got here. The space is functional, which is exactly how we like it. We have a few desks, some sturdy chairs, and a lot of shelves filled with reference books and old project files. Sector 10 is a decent place to be, and I-8 is a location that most people around here can find without too much trouble. We don't have a big fancy lobby or a bunch of awards on the wall. We just have our work. Most of the time, the office is filled with the sound of pens scratching on paper or the hum of the computers. We like to keep things practical. When someone walks in, they’re usually met with a friendly nod and a lot of technical talk. We don't see the point in dressing things up with a lot of empty words. If a plan is good, it shows in the details. That’s what we focus on every day. The neighborhood around I-8 is pretty quiet, which suits our working style. We can get a lot done when there aren't too many distractions. Sometimes we walk over to the local market for a quick lunch, but mostly we’re right here at our desks. It’s a straightforward way to run a business, and it’s served us well so far. We handle our own chores and keep the place tidy enough to work. Nothing more, nothing less.
