We are located out in Vill Gauspur, which is near the Post-Buzurga area in Ghazipur. It’s a bit of a trek to get out here if you aren't from around Uttar Pradesh(U. P.), but it’s where we do all our engineering work at Talbros Engineering Ltd. Being in a rural spot like this has its own set of challenges, like when the roads get muddy or when things take a little longer to arrive from the city. We don't really do much besides the engineering tasks that come across our desks. There’s a lot of metalwork and planning involved. It’s dusty work sometimes, and the heat in UP can be something else during the summer months. We just keep the machines running and try to stay on top of the orders. The guys here are mostly locals from the surrounding villages. We aren't a big fancy operation with glass walls or anything like that. It’s just a practical setup where we can get the engineering jobs finished. We don’t really talk about big goals or anything, we just show up and do the work that needs doing for the day. It’s quiet out here mostly, except for the sound of the shop.
