S.P.N Gear Industries

If you go down Dharm Kanta Road in Mujessar, you’ll find us at Plot Number 14. We’ve been operating S.P.N Gear Industries from this spot for a long time. The road gets its name from the weighbridge nearby, so there are always heavy trucks stopping and starting right outside. It makes the ground shake a little sometimes. Inside our shop, it’s all about gears. We have different machines for cutting and shaping them. It’s oily work, and your hands stay black most of the day, no matter how much you wash them. We start the day with a quick cleanup of the workspace before the power comes on. We aren't a huge factory, just a solid workshop where we handle gear manufacturing. The roof is high, which is good because it gets hot in the summer. We have a few older machines that still run perfectly and some newer ones we added recently. There is a small office in the corner where we keep the ledger and the drawings. We don't have a receptionist or anything. If someone walks in, one of us just wipes our hands on a rag and goes to talk to them. It’s a noisy place with the sound of metal hitting metal, but we are used to it. We just focus on getting the teeth on the gears exactly where they need to be. It takes some patience and a lot of grease to get things finished.
