We are over in the Housing Board Colony in Old Faridabad. The office is actually in a house, number 1661-A in Sector 29. It’s a residential-feeling area, which makes it a bit more relaxed than being in a huge office park. We’ve been in this part of Haryana for a while now, looking after the local requirements. People around here know the location, so they just drop by if they need something. It’s not a fancy corporate headquarters, just a practical space where we handle the Voltas business for this district. There’s a bit of a garden out front and the street is usually quiet except for the usual neighborhood sounds. We handle a lot of the logistical stuff from here. Since it’s Old Faridabad, things feel a bit more traditional compared to the newer sectors. We have a small group working here and we’ve all gotten used to the way things run. We don't have a receptionist in a suit or anything. Usually, one of us just hears the door and goes to see who it is. We deal with all sorts of requests every day. It’s a steady pace of work. We just try to stay on top of the orders and make sure the local clients are taken care of without making a big deal out of it. It is just how we do things.
