Suvarna Promoters & Developers is tucked away in Shop No E/25 at the Municipal Market on GT Road. We are pretty close to D F Doors, which is a good landmark if you’re trying to find us. The market is always a bit chaotic, especially in the mornings, but we enjoy being right in the middle of it. Our shop isn't very big, so it’s usually just a couple of us in there at a time. We handle a lot of local property stuff and development work around this part of town. Being on GT Road means we get a lot of walk-in traffic from people who are just curious or looking for advice on land. We don't have a big corporate structure; it’s more of a family-feeling type of business. We’ve got our files and our computer, and that’s about all we need to get through the day. Sometimes the noise from the market makes it hard to hear on the phone, but you get used to it after a while. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, we just want to do a decent job for the people who come to us. Most of our clients are just regular folks from the neighborhood. We spend our time checking on sites and making sure the paperwork is in order at the shop. It’s simple work but it keeps us busy. If you’re ever at the market, you can just stop by.
