Our office is on the 2nd floor at 12/14 in Sarai Khwaja. If you're driving down Mathura Road, you probably know how the traffic gets around here, especially in the afternoons. Super Security Pvt. Ltd. has been operating out of this spot for a good while. It’s not a huge office, just a practical space where we handle all our staffing and scheduling. Most of the time, we’re busy sorting out shifts for the guards or interviewing new people who want to work with us. It’s a lot of coordination. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in Delhi, just trying to do right by the folks who hire us. Dealing with security means you're always on call, so my phone never really stops ringing even when I'm at home. Being on the 2nd floor gives us a bit of a view of the street, which is always packed. We’ve got some regular clients nearby who have been with us since we started. We don't use those big fancy brochures. We just talk to people and figure out what they need for their shops or buildings. Sarai Khwaja is a busy hub, so there’s always something happening. Mathura Road keeps us connected to most of our sites, though the commute can be a headache sometimes. We just keep plugging away at it every day, making sure the guys are doing their rounds and everything stays quiet.
