Kotak Securities Ltd.

Our office is over in Sec-16, specifically on the second floor of the west wing at Sco35. It’s a decent-sized space but it feels a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time. Kotak Securities Ltd. has been here for a while. We spend our days watching the screens and keeping an eye on how things are moving. It gets pretty fast-paced when the markets are open. You can hear the phones ringing constantly and people talking over each other. It’s not a quiet place during those hours. We have a few desks lined up and some chairs for visitors who want to sit and talk. We aren't into that polished corporate talk you get in the big city offices. We’re just local people working here. Some of us have been in this sector for years and others are just starting out. We try to keep the paperwork in order, but it’s a constant battle. The building itself is older, and the stairs can be a bit of a climb if the lift is acting up again. We grab lunch from the local stalls nearby when we can. It’s a regular routine for us. We just focus on the numbers and making sure everything is logged correctly by the end of the day. It is mostly just about keeping up with the pace.
