Nain Manpower Services

Nain Manpower Services is based at Plot No. 35 in Sector 20A. We are pretty close to Mathura Road, which makes it easy for people to reach us from the highway. Our day usually starts early because that’s when the workers show up looking for their assignments. We deal with all sorts of manpower needs, mostly for local businesses and construction sites. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a place where we keep our records and meet with people. We try to keep things simple. If a company needs laborers or staff, we look through our files and see who is available. It’s a lot of phone calls and checking schedules. We don't have a fancy website or a PR person. We just rely on people knowing we are here in Sector 20A. Sometimes the weather makes things difficult, or transport is a problem for the workers, and we have to figure it out on the fly. It’s a very hands-on kind of business. We’ve been here near Mathura Road for a good while, and we’ve seen the area grow quite a bit. We just focus on the task at hand, which is getting people to work. It’s not always pretty, and sometimes the office gets a bit chaotic with everyone talking at once, but we manage to get the jobs filled and keep things moving for the clients.
