Scads H.R. Networks Pvt. Ltd.

You can find Scads H.R. Networks Pvt. Ltd. over at P-25, specifically in Shop 13. It’s a small retail-style space that we’ve turned into our main office for handling all the personnel stuff. It isn’t much to look at from the outside, but it’s where all the actual work happens. We spend most of our hours looking through resumes or talking to people who walk in looking for a job. There’s always someone sitting on the bench outside waiting for an interview. We try to keep things organized, but when you’re dealing with so many different people, the files tend to get a bit messy. The shop gets a lot of light in the afternoon which is nice, but it can get pretty warm in there. We handle a lot of the human resources side of things, basically acting as a bridge between workers and companies that need help. It’s a lot of phone calls and checking references. Sometimes the printer jams right when we need to finish a contract, and everyone gets a bit frustrated. We just take things one day at a time and try to help folks find a steady paycheck. It's a busy little corner of the building and we’ve become regulars at the tea stall nearby. Most people in the area know where Shop 13 is by now because we have been here so long.
