We are located at 5B-83 in NIT. It’s a straightforward setup where we run our construction business. We aren't a huge outfit with hundreds of employees, just a dedicated group of people who know how to put a building together. Most of our days are spent checking on sites or talking to vendors about prices. It feels like the cost of everything is going up lately, so we spend a lot of time watching the numbers. The office is where we do the planning, but the real work happens out on the ground. We handle the basics of construction, making sure the structures are solid and the work is done properly. We don't have a lot of time for marketing or making ourselves look better than we are. We're just builders. Some projects are small and some are a bit bigger, but we treat them all about the same. It takes a lot of patience to deal with the various delays that always seem to happen in this industry. Whether it’s the weather or a late delivery, we just find a way to work around it. We've been in NIT for a good while and people around here know us. We aren't looking to change the world, just to finish the current job so we can move on to the next one. It’s steady work and it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday, and sometimes Sundays too.
