Sunshine Precision Tools

Sunshine Precision Tools is located right at No. 1C-73, Nissan Hut, N.I.T. It’s been our spot for a good while now. The building is one of those old Nissan Huts, which gives it a specific look, though it’s mostly just a workspace for us. We spend most of our time inside dealing with the stock and getting things ready. It isn't a huge place but it fits what we do. Usually, you’ll find one or two of us moving crates or checking the tools. We don't have a big front desk or anything like that. People just come by when they need something specific for their work. We’ve got the address painted on the side so it’s hard to miss if you are in the N.I.T. area. The floor is concrete and we have shelves lining all the walls. It gets a bit loud when the neighbors are working too. We just keep our heads down and handle the daily tasks. Some days are slower than others, but there is always something to clean or sort through. We like the neighborhood. It’s busy and there are plenty of people coming and going. We’ve gotten used to the way the sun hits the entrance in the afternoon. It’s a straightforward shop. We don’t go in for anything fancy. Just the tools and the work we have to do every day at the hut. It works for us and the people who stop in.
