Sunrise Enterprises

Sunrise Enterprises is run out of H.No.550 in Sector-23 of the N.I.T. area. This is more of a residential-style setting compared to the big industrial parks you see elsewhere. Being at a house number address means we have a bit more of a personal feel to our day-to-day operations. Sector-23 is a fairly organized part of the neighborhood. The streets are laid out in a grid and it’s generally easy to navigate. We use a portion of the property for our business activities. It’s not a huge space, but it’s enough for what we need to accomplish. We don't have a big staff, so we don't need a massive office building. Most of our neighbors are families who have lived in the N.I.T. area for a long time. We try to be respectful of the local environment and keep things tidy around H.No.550. Sometimes people find it a bit confusing to find the exact house number, so we often have to guide them in over the phone. The atmosphere here is much quieter than the city center, which we appreciate. There are some local shops nearby where we get our daily supplies. We don't have any corporate branding or mission statements on the walls. It’s just a place where we work. We’ve been in Sector-23 for quite a while now and we feel like part of the local community. It’s a simple, honest way to run a business without any extra frills or fuss.
