Sumit Kalra

I’m Sumit Kalra, and my place is on the ground floor of 53-A in Indraprastha Colony. We’re right in the middle of Sector 30-33 in Faridabad. It’s a decent area, quite busy during the day with people going to work and kids heading to school. I’ve been running this business for a while now, and I’ve stayed in this same spot because it’s easy for everyone to get to. The ground floor location is great because people can just walk in without having to deal with stairs or elevators. It’s a simple setup inside—just some chairs, a big table, and whatever projects I’m currently working on. I don’t believe in having a lot of fluff or fancy decorations. Haryana is a place where people appreciate directness, so I try to keep things straightforward and honest. Sometimes the electricity goes out for a bit, but we just wait it out or find something else to do until it comes back on. That’s just life here. My morning starts with a walk around the colony before I open up the doors for the day. Most of my day is spent dealing with the small details that make the business work. I don't have a marketing department or anyone to write fancy letters for me. I just talk to people. If something is broken, I fix it. If someone needs help, I see what I can do. It’s a small, honest operation, and that’s exactly how I like it to be. No fuss, just work every single day.
