SULZER CONSTRUCTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED

We are located near Sonu Emporium in the NIT 5 area of Faridabad, at address 5 WH/13. It’s a pretty busy neighborhood, so there is always a lot of noise and people moving around. Our office is more like a workspace where we keep our records and meet with the guys from the sites. We handle different kinds of construction work across Faridabad. It’s not the kind of job where you stay clean; there’s always dust and grease on everything. We spend a lot of our time on the phone with suppliers or trying to figure out why a shipment is late. It’s just the reality of building things. We don't have any mission statements or anything like that. We just want to get the job done so we can move on to the next one. The NIT 5 area is good for us because it’s central, even if the parking is a nightmare sometimes. We’ve had some long days and some short ones, depending on how things are going on the ground. It’s honest work that keeps us busy from morning until night. We don't try to sound more important than we are. We are just a local construction team doing our thing. The area around Sonu Emporium is where we grew up and where we work, so we know it like the back of our hand. Building things is just what we do to pay the bills and keep things going.
