Star Wire India Ltd. is located at 21/4, Mathura Road in Ballabhgarh-4. This is a very heavy industrial stretch of land. The road right outside our gates is always packed with large lorries and tankers moving towards Delhi. Because of our location on Mathura Road, there is a lot of dust that blows in from the traffic, so we spend a lot of time cleaning things off. We deal with all sorts of wire products. The factory floor is a large, open space where the wire is drawn and processed on big spools. It is a noisy place with the constant hum of the motors and the clanking of metal. We have been in this spot for many years, and while the building is a bit older, it is very solid. The office is a separate brick area where we handle the customer orders and the shipping manifests. We have a few simple wooden chairs for visitors and a local map pinned to the wall. Most of the people working here live in the nearby area and have been with us for a long time. We don't use any fancy jargon or try to look like a big corporate entity. We just make sure the wire is the correct gauge and that it gets loaded onto the trucks correctly. The winters get cold and the summers are hot, but that is just how it is working in Ballabhgarh.
