Sri Ram Rubbers Industries

We set up Sri Ram Rubbers Industries over on Plot No. 2 along the Dabua Pali Road. It’s a straightforward industrial area, nothing fancy to look at, but it works for what we do. Dealing with rubber products means the place usually has that distinct smell, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. Our team is small, mostly locals from around the Dabuac area who know the trade well. We spend most of our time at the machines making sure the molds are set right and the parts are coming out okay for the people who buy from us. The road outside can get dusty when the trucks go by, especially in the dry season, but that’s just part of being in an industrial zone. We aren't looking to become some massive corporation; we just want to keep the shop running and make sure our orders get out on time. Sometimes things get backed up when a machine acts up, but we fix it ourselves and carry on. It's a lot of manual work and checking things by hand. If you come by the plot, you'll see we keep things pretty organized even if it looks a bit cluttered to an outsider. We like being part of this local industrial community. Most of our neighbors are doing similar work, so there's a bit of a shared understanding of the long hours we put in. It's not glamorous, but it's what we know. We drink our chai, talk about the day's production, and then head home. It works for us.
