Spacex Construction Private Limited is tucked away at A 2741, on the ground floor back in Green Field Colony. It is a residential area, so it’s a bit quieter than the main roads of the city, which we like. The office is basically where all the paperwork happens while the real work goes on at the various sites we manage. We’ve got a small team here. We don't have a big flashy sign or anything. Most days it’s just us arguing over the rising cost of steel or trying to find a better supplier for bricks. Managing construction from a colony office means we have to be careful about when the big trucks come through so we don't bother the neighbors too much. It’s a lot of logistical work that people don’t usually see. Our desks are messy with invoices and half-empty tea cups. We don’t try to act like a giant corporation because we aren't one. We are just local builders who know how to get a structure standing. Sometimes we stay late into the night just to finish a report for the authorities. It’s not a glamorous life, but seeing a house go from a hole in the ground to a finished home is a good feeling. We don't promise anything we can't actually do. We just work hard and keep our heads down, making sure the projects stay on track as much as possible.
