We have been at Plot No. 101 for quite some time now. It’s right near the Kutla Farm area. You know, close to the Swarg Ashram. Most days it is just a lot of noise from the machines and people moving stuff around. Smriti Industries is basically a place where we get things done. It isn't a fancy office with glass walls or anything like that. We spend our time checking orders and making sure the production line keeps moving. Atmadpur Tilpat is a busy spot, and sometimes the traffic makes things a bit slow, but we manage. My father started things here, and I just sort of took over the day-to-day work. We have a few guys who have been with us for ten years. We drink tea under the tree outside when it gets too hot inside. There is always dust on the windows because of the construction nearby. We don't really do much advertising. People just find us or hear about us from someone else. It gets pretty loud when all the units are running at once. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait a bit. That's just how it is around here. We try to keep the floors clean but it’s an industrial space, so it never stays that way for long. We just focus on the work right in front of us. Our day starts early and ends when the last truck leaves.
