Our shop is located at No-256 in Sector-24. It’s a straightforward industrial area where everyone is busy doing their own thing. Carry More Hoists Pvt. Ltd. has been operating out of this sector for a while, and we’ve settled into a good rhythm. The building at 256 is functional—lots of concrete and metal, which makes sense for what we do. We make hoists, so there’s usually the sound of welding or heavy parts being moved around. It’s not the kind of place you’d visit for the decor. It’s a working environment through and through. The staff here aren't wearing suits; we’re in work gear because things get greasy. Sector-24 can be a bit quiet in the evenings, but during the day it’s full of activity with deliveries and people heading to the various units. We don’t spend much time worrying about how we look to the outside world. Our focus is just on the machines we build and making sure they don’t fail when someone is using them. Sometimes we have tea together in the small break area, talking about the day's tasks or the weather. It’s a small, dedicated group of people who know their way around a hoist. We like the simplicity of being in Sector-24. It’s a place where work actually gets done without any unnecessary fuss or long meetings that lead nowhere.
