Skylark Express

Skylark Express is based out of Plot No 13 in Market No 5, over in Faridabad N I T. We’ve been here for a good stretch of time now. The market is always crowded with people and carts, so finding a place to park a bike, let alone a truck, can be a real headache. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a room with some old furniture and a lot of logbooks. We handle packages and bigger shipments for people in the neighborhood and beyond. Every morning starts with sorting out what needs to go where and who is going to take it. Some days are smoother than others. When the monsoon hits, everything slows down, and we just have to deal with the mud and the delays. We aren't some giant corporation with a thousand employees and a call center. It’s just us here, making sure the deliveries happen. We talk to a lot of different people, from small shop owners to families sending things to their relatives in other states. You get used to the noise and the pace of the market after a while. We keep our paperwork in order as much as we can. Sometimes the computers act up, or a driver gets lost on a new route, and we have to fix it on the fly. That's just how the transport business goes. People in Faridabad know where to find us if they have something that needs to get somewhere else. We don't promise anything we can't actually do. We just work the hours and try to keep things organized. It's a living, and we've been doing it long enough to know the business inside out.
