Sian Foods

Sian Foods is based in Sector-19, right near the Sarvodya Hospital in Gopi Colony. It’s a very busy part of town because of all the people going to the hospital and the shops nearby. We’ve been in this spot for a few years now. The shop itself is pretty small and it’s always packed with boxes and bags of food items. We don't have much room for people to walk around inside, so we mostly serve folks from across the counter. It’s a bit of a messy place, but we know where everything is kept. We spend a lot of time talking to the delivery drivers and the local residents who stop by for their daily needs. We don't wear uniforms or have a corporate style. We’re just regular people in our everyday clothes. Sometimes the street outside gets blocked by ambulances or delivery trucks, so it can be a bit chaotic. We just take it as it comes. We aren't interested in making things look perfect or polished. We just want to make sure we have the stock people are looking for. It’s a lot of work keeping up with the inventory, especially when the hospital crowd is large. We open up early and stay late most days. It’s just the way things are in Gopi Colony, and we’re used to the pace of it now.
