Shyam Rasoi

Shyam Rasoi is tucked away in the bulbul shopping complex over in Charmwood Village. It's a quiet enough spot compared to the main city. We've been part of the Eros Garden neighborhood for a while. Mostly, we serve the people who live right here in Faridabad. It feels more like a community kitchen than a big restaurant. We keep the menu straightforward because that’s what people like. Nothing too greasy or over the top. Just plain, decent food like you’d make at home if you had the time. The space isn't huge, but we make it work. Usually, it's just the sound of the pans and people chatting. We don't have a big staff, so everyone does a bit of everything. Cleaning tables, taking orders, helping in the kitchen. It keeps us busy. If you’re around the 121009 area, you might have passed us. We aren't the type of place that puts up huge neon signs. We prefer to just let the food speak for itself. It’s a practical setup for people who want a quick meal without any fuss. We see a lot of the same people every week. It’s nice to know their names and what they usually order. Just a small rasoi trying to keep things simple and honest for the local folks. We don't have any fancy aspirations, just keeping the stove hot and the plates full for our neighbors who visit us.
