Our place is located at B-8A in Sector 59, Part II, over in Ballabgarh. We spend our days dealing with flexible packaging machines. It's a lot of metal, wires, and testing things out to see if they work right. Shubham Flexible Packaging Machines Pvt.Ltd. is the name on the gate, but to us, it’s just the workshop where we spend most of our waking hours. Ballabgarh has grown a lot, and being in this sector means we are surrounded by other workshops doing similar stuff. Sometimes the electricity acts up, but we manage with the generator. We aren't big on talking about ourselves or writing long speeches. We’d rather show someone a machine that's actually running properly. There’s usually a lot of parts lying around on the benches, which makes it look a bit messy. It’s a bit of a maze sometimes when we have a few big projects going at once. The guys on the floor have been here for years, and they know the sounds of the machines better than anything else. We don’t have a fancy lobby or any air conditioning in the main area. You just walk in and you're pretty much in the middle of where everything happens. We get a lot of trucks coming in and out, which keeps things lively and loud. It’s honest work, and it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. Sometimes we stay late when a deadline is tight or a machine is being stubborn. That's just part of the job.
