We are located over in Sector 25 in Ballabhgarh. Shree Balaji Refractories is basically about materials that can handle a lot of heat. We spend our days dealing with bricks and linings for furnaces and that kind of thing. It's a dusty job, and the yard is usually full of heavy stuff. We’ve been in this spot for a while, and most of us here have grown used to the smell of clay and the sound of trucks. It isn't the kind of place where you’d find a clean suit or a fancy lobby. We mostly wear work clothes because things get messy pretty fast when you’re moving industrial supplies around. The sun gets really hot out here in the yard during June, but the work doesn't stop. We talk to a lot of factory owners who need to fix their ovens or build new ones. It’s practical work. We don’t have a marketing team or anything like that; we just know our products and where they go. Some days are slower than others, and we might just sit and have tea while waiting for a delivery. But when a big order comes in, everyone is on their feet. It’s a simple business, really. We provide the stuff that keeps other industries running hot, and we’ve been doing it right here in Sector 25 for years now. We just focus on the task at hand and getting the inventory loaded onto the trucks correctly.
