Our office is located over in Sultanpuri, right inside the Sushant Arcade at F 2-168. It is a pretty busy spot with people coming and going all day long. We have been at this particular location for a few years now, and it serves us well for what we do. Most of the time, we are busy dealing with residential houses and small apartments in this part of the city. We do not really go in for fancy marketing or polished presentations. Instead, we just sit down with whoever walks through the door and talk about what they are looking for. Sometimes the local property market is moving fast and other times it is quite slow, but we just take it as it comes. Usually, someone is here in the office from the morning until the evening. Sultanpuri has changed quite a bit since we first started, and we have watched many of the newer buildings go up. Our job involves handling the basic paperwork, talking to the owners, and showing the rooms to anyone who might be interested in moving in. It is very practical, hands-on work. We do not have big corporate meetings or anything like that. We just keep our files in some old cabinets and try to stay organized even when things get a little bit hectic.
