Shiksha Fast Food

We are at Plot No 8 on Central Road in Bhogal, which is part of the Jangpura area. It’s a busy spot with people always moving around. Our place is pretty basic, just a fast food joint where you can get something hot and quick. We have the burners going for most of the day, so it gets a bit smoky inside. We try to keep the exhaust fans running, but they can only do so much. The lunch hour is our busiest time when the office workers and the local residents all come at once. It can get a bit disorganized when we have ten orders at once, but we figure it out eventually. We use simple ingredients and don't try to do anything too complicated. The counter is usually covered with orders being prepared and bags being packed. We don't have a lot of staff, so everyone does a bit of everything, from cooking to cleaning the floors at night. The road outside is always full of traffic, so there's a lot of honking that we hear all day long. We've got some plastic stools for people who want to sit, but many people just stand or eat by their scooters. It’s a practical place for a quick meal when you’re in a hurry. We just keep it simple and stay open until the late evening.
