Shangri-La New Delhi

Even though the name might make you think of the big hotel, we are actually located at H No 1166 A in Sector 29, Faridabad. It is a residential area, so it’s a bit quieter than most office locations. We work out of a house here, which makes the whole atmosphere feel very different from a standard corporate setup. We have been here for a few years and the neighbors are all used to us by now. The office is basically a couple of rooms converted into workspace with some desks and filing cabinets. It’s comfortable and we don't have to deal with the madness of a main road. We spend our time handling bookings and talking to people who need help with their travel plans. It’s a small operation and we like it that way. We can take our time and really listen to what people are asking for. Sometimes we sit out in the small garden area when the weather is nice to have our tea. It’s not a high-pressure environment. We just do our work and try to stay organized. Sector 29 is a nice place to be, and having our office here makes the daily commute much easier for most of us. We don't have any big slogans or anything like that. We are just a few people working out of a house in Faridabad, trying to do things the right way.
