Sg Pharma is located out on Mathura Road, at the 13/3 mile stone, Plot No. 7 B. If you’ve ever driven down that stretch, you know it’s lined with industrial plots and warehouses. It’s a very practical location for us. We handle pharmaceutical work here, which means we have to be quite careful about how we manage things. The site isn't anything fancy to look at—it’s just a functional building with enough space for our equipment and storage. We have a gate that can be a bit tricky to open sometimes, especially when the weather is bad. Inside, the atmosphere is pretty quiet compared to the noise of the main road. We have a small group of people who have been with us for a long time. Most of our day is spent checking batches and making sure everything is labeled correctly. We don’t really do a lot of public relations or marketing. We just focus on the orders we have. The dust from the road can be a bit much, so we’re always cleaning the windows. It’s a bit out of the way from the city center, but it suits our needs perfectly. We usually have lunch together in a small break room. It’s a simple life, focused on getting the pharma products out the door on time. We don’t need much more than that to keep things running. It’s just how we operate.
