Operating out of Scf 67-68 in Sector-16 A is what we do every day. We’re right opposite Nehru College, so there’s always something going on outside our windows. The building itself has seen better days, but it’s sturdy and holds all our stock without any issues. We spend most of our time checking lists and loading up vans. Raw Pharma Agencies isn't a huge operation with hundreds of employees, it's just a handful of us making sure things get where they're supposed to go. We deal with a lot of local shops and clinics. It's a lot of back-and-forth communication. Sometimes the weather makes things difficult, like when it rains and the road gets muddy, but we manage. The office inside is practical. We have some desks pushed together and a small corner for taking lunch breaks. We don't really do the whole corporate meeting thing; we just talk across the room when something needs fixing. It’s a straightforward way to work. Most of us have been here for years, so we know the routine by heart. We don’t bother with big signs or flashy lights. People who need us know where we are. It’s just a regular business doing regular work in a busy part of town. We keep it simple.
