Our place is at No. 16/1/570 in Faidabad. It’s a straightforward spot where we handle our pharmaceutical supplies. When you walk in, you’ll see rows and rows of shelves filled with boxes of all sizes. We don't have any flashy advertisements or a big reception desk. It’s mostly just a few of us moving stock around and checking invoices. The floor is concrete and we have some heavy-duty racks to hold everything. We spend a lot of time on our feet, going back and forth to pull orders or organize new shipments that come in at the back. Faidabad is a quiet enough area, but we stay busy with the logistics of the medicine. There’s a small desk near the front where we do the paperwork and take calls. The light isn't the best in the back corners, so we use handheld torches sometimes to find the right labels. We don't try to make the place look like a fancy office because it’s a working warehouse first and foremost. Sometimes the delivery trucks block the entrance for a bit while they unload, but that’s just how it goes. We drink our coffee in the small break area behind the main shelves. It’s a lot of repetitive work, checking batch numbers and expiry dates, but it’s what we do. We've been at this address for a good while and know the local delivery drivers pretty well. The morning routine always starts with unlocking the shutter and checking the list of deliveries that need to go out first.
