Saya Estate

Saya Estate is located right along N H No 8, sitting in Dlf City Phase III. We’re directly opposite Udyog Vihar, which is always a busy place to be. Being near the highway means there is always a lot of noise and movement outside our windows. We’ve been working from this spot for a long time, watching the traffic go by. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a place with some desks and a lot of maps on the walls. We spend our days talking to people who are working over in Udyog Vihar and need a place nearby. It can get pretty hectic when the rush hour starts and the cars are backed up. We don't have a big corporate structure here. It’s just us handling the day-to-day tasks of real estate. Sometimes the printer jams or we run out of coffee, just like any other small business. We know the layout of DLF City Phase III better than most because we’re in it every single day. People come to Saya Estate because they see us here on the highway. We don't do much advertising; we just stay busy with the clients who find us. It’s a practical way to run things, and it keeps us on our toes. The glass door gets fingerprints on it no matter how much we clean it. The afternoon sun hits the desk right around three o'clock every day. It's just our normal routine.
