Our place is F-1, 216 in Charmwood Village, right on Suraj Kund Road here in Faridabad. Charmwood is a nice, green area, so it’s a pleasant spot to work from most days. Savills Human Resource Solutions is essentially a small team dedicated to helping people find jobs and companies find staff. We spend a lot of time interviewing folks and checking their backgrounds to see if they’re a good fit for the roles we have open. It’s a lot of talking and listening to people's stories. The office isn't very large, just enough space for our computers and a small area where candidates can sit while they wait their turn. We don't use a lot of corporate jargon because we think it just confuses things for everyone. We’d rather just talk to people like normal human beings. Sometimes it gets quite busy, and we’re all on the phones at the same time, which can be a bit loud in such a small space. Other times, it’s just us catching up on emails and filing. We’ve been in this part of Haryana for a while and we like the community here. It’s a straightforward business—we match people with work they can do. There isn't any secret to it, just persistence and paying attention to what people are actually looking for in a job. We try to be helpful without making things complicated for anyone.
