We are based out of Dabua Colony in Faridabad, specifically at Df-137. It’s a regular neighborhood and we’ve been operating here for a bit. Our main thing is manpower consulting. That basically means we spend our days talking to workers and talking to businesses that need people. It's not the kind of job where things are always quiet. There's usually someone coming in or the phone ringing about a job opening. We handle a lot of the local stuff here in the colony and surrounding areas of Faridabad. We don't use any fancy systems or have a glossy lobby. It’s just a practical setup where we can get things done. We see a lot of different types of workers, from labor to office staff. Every day is a bit different depending on who walks through the door. Sometimes the power goes out or it gets dusty from the road, but we just keep at it. We aren't trying to be some giant corporation. We’re just local people trying to help other local people find some work. If you know the Dabua area, you probably know where we are. We just keep our heads down and focus on the resumes on the desk. It’s pretty straightforward work. We don't have any big speeches to give about our history. We just try to be useful to the community and keep the business running like any other shop on the street. It keeps us busy and pays the bills, which is enough.
