Satwikam Edifice Associates Llp is located in the Omaxe Green Valley Apartment complex. Specifically, we are in 801 A, Jasmine Tower. It’s part of the NHPC Colony area in Sector-41-42, Faridabad. Working from an apartment tower is a bit different than a street-level shop, but it works for what we do. We spend a lot of time looking at building designs and coordinating with different associates. The view from the 8th floor is actually quite good, which helps when things get stressful. We aren't a massive firm with hundreds of employees. It’s a smaller group of us trying to build something decent. Usually, the office is quiet, filled with papers and a few computers. We’ve been in Faridabad for a while and like being part of this community. Sometimes the elevators are slow, but we make do. Most people find us through personal recommendations rather than any fancy signs. We don't have a big marketing budget or a sales team. It’s just us at Jasmine Tower, putting in the hours. We focus on the structural side of things, making sure everything is handled correctly. If you're near Omaxe Green Valley, that’s where you’ll find us. We try to be straightforward with everyone we deal with. It’s a modest setup, but it keeps us busy and we like the work we do here. There is always a lot to keep track of, but we manage just fine.
