We handle the day to day stuff from this apartment. It is not your typical high-rise corporate building but it works for what we need to do. Most of the time it is just us sitting around a table getting things sorted. Hospitality is a lot of work and it takes a lot of time to get the details right. We chose Faridabad because it is where we are from and it makes sense to stay local. Being in Haryana keeps us close to the properties we look after. Sector-81 is growing fast so there is always something new happening outside the window. We do not have a big marketing team or anything like that writing this for us. It is just me typing this out to let people know where we are. We keep things pretty straightforward and do not like to overcomplicate the business. Sometimes the internet acts up or the courier takes an extra day to find Aanand Vilas but we manage. It is a real place with real people working inside T3-10C every morning. We just focus on the job at hand and keep going.
