S M C

We have been operating S M C out of this house, DF 245, in NIT Faridabad for a while now. It’s a typical residential spot where we’ve set up our desks and chairs in a few of the rooms. The neighborhood is mostly families, so things stay pretty quiet during the day except for the occasional street vendor passing by. You know how it is in Faridabad, it gets really hot in the summer, and we spend a lot of time just keeping the fans going and making sure everyone has enough water to stay hydrated. There isn’t a big sign outside or anything fancy like that. Most people who come here are locals or folks who heard about us from someone else in the area. We usually start our day around nine, right after fighting through the morning traffic. The office is basically just a few rooms filled with computers and files, and there’s always a pile of paperwork on the main table that never seems to get any smaller no matter how much we do. We take our tea breaks together in the small kitchen area or sometimes stand out on the porch for some fresh air when the sun isn't too strong. It’s a simple setup, nothing like those big corporate offices you see in the city centers. We just focus on getting through the tasks we have for the day and then heading home before it gets too dark. Sometimes the power goes out, but we manage.
