We are located at H.No-182 in Faridabad's Sector-14. It’s a first-floor space where we spend most of our days dealing with site plans and laborers. S K M Buildtech LLP started because we saw a lot of houses going up in Haryana and figured we could help out. People mostly know us as builders who just show up and get the job done without making a big fuss. It’s not always easy, especially when the weather turns bad or materials get delayed at the border, but that is part of the life here in Faridabad. We’ve been at this for a while now, and the office has plenty of blueprints piled up. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing and other times it's quiet enough to actually hear the traffic outside on the main road. If you're looking for our spot, just head towards Sector-14 and look for the house number. Most of our guys are usually out at the sites anyway, so the office is mostly for the paperwork side of things. It’s a local operation, nothing too fancy, just people working hard every day. We handle the technical side of building and make sure the structures actually stand up like they’re supposed to. We've stayed in this same spot because it's convenient for everyone and we know the neighborhood well by now. It's just how we run things around here. There is always a lot to do, but we take it one day at a time.
