Royal Tools India is located at number 74 in Sector 24. It’s a fairly quiet part of the sector compared to the main market, which we prefer. Our shop is where we keep all the different types of tools we supply. We've got stuff for wood, metal, and general construction. It’s a bit of a squeeze inside because we try to keep a lot of inventory ready. You might have to step over a few boxes if you come in on a delivery day. We aren't big on decorating the place. The walls are just plain, and we have simple metal racks for everything. Most of the people who work here have been in the tool trade for most of their lives. We can usually tell you what you need if you explain the job you’re doing. We don't use any fancy sales talk. If we don't have something, we just say so. Sometimes we can order it in, but it takes a few days. The coffee machine in the back is old and temperamental, but it makes a strong cup. We spend a lot of time checking the stock and making sure everything is where it should be. It’s basic, honest work. We open early and close when the work is finished. It’s a steady way to live and we've made some good friends in the neighborhood over the years. We keep things pretty simple around here for everyone.
