We operate out of Plot No.18 on Street No.7 in Bhudatt Colony. ROMCO M Offset is basically a place where we spend our days surrounded by paper stacks and the rhythmic thumping of the offset presses. It’s tucked away in a colony, so it’s a bit quieter than the main roads, but we still have plenty of work coming in. The building is practical and built for one thing: getting printing done. We don't have a big corporate lobby or a bunch of managers in offices. Most of us are out on the floor making sure the ink levels are right and the paper is feeding through without jamming. It’s a lot of standing and moving around, which can be tiring, but we’re used to it by now. We’ve been here for years, and we’ve seen the colony grow up around us. Sometimes we have to work late into the night to finish a big run, and the only light on the street is from our windows. We don’t talk much about visions or strategies; we just talk about what needs to be printed by tomorrow morning. It’s a humble setup, but it works for us and our customers. We just keep the machines oiled and the paper stocked. It’s a simple life of hard work and making sure the finished product looks decent before it goes out.
