You can find Ridgecraft Homes Private Limited on the 3rd floor of the Next Door building. We are in the U-Block of BPTP Parklands, over in Sector 76 of Faridabad. It’s a newer part of town, and there is always some kind of construction noise going on nearby. Our office is a simple setup where we handle everything related to home building and sales. We chose this location because it puts us right where the action is in Faridabad. We are a small group of people who just enjoy the process of putting houses together. It’s not always easy, especially with all the regulations and the heat in the summer, but we stick to it. We don't use any of those big marketing words. We just talk to people about what kind of home they want and see if we can make it happen within their budget. The office gets a lot of sunlight in the afternoons, which is nice, though it makes the computer screens hard to see sometimes. We spend a lot of our time on the phone with architects and site supervisors. Sometimes things go wrong, like a delivery being late or a pipe leaking, and we just have to deal with it. We aren't a corporate giant, just a local team trying to build good homes. If you are in Sector 76, you can just come up to the third floor and say hello. We keep the kettle going for coffee most of the day anyway.
