Richa Industries Ltd.

We’re located at House Number 627 in Sector-17, Faridabad. It’s a residential-style building that we use for Richa Industries Ltd. It feels a lot more like a home than an office, which is actually kind of nice. We don't have a big sign out front or anything. Inside, we’ve converted the rooms into workspaces. It can get a bit cozy when we have a lot of people in, but we like the informal feel of it. We aren't the type of company that has big meetings in boardrooms. We usually just talk over the desks or while we’re standing in the hallway. It’s a very direct way of working. Most of our days are spent on the phone or tracking things on our computers. Sector-17 is a quiet enough area, which helps us stay concentrated. We don't have a "mission" or anything like that; we just want to do our jobs and go home to our families. Some of the equipment is a bit old, and the chairs might squeak, but it gets the job done. We’ve been here long enough that the postman knows exactly where to drop things without looking at the number. We’re just a group of people working out of a house in Haryana, trying to keep everything running smoothly without any unnecessary drama or fancy talk. It's just a simple workplace for us.
