Reliable Computer Services is tucked into shop number 11 at Sai Baba Market in Old Faridabad. If you come by, you’ll probably find the place a bit messy. We’ve got old monitors stacked in the corner and tangled wires everywhere. It’s just how we work. We spend our days fixing broken laptops, cleaning out dusty fans, and trying to recover data from hard drives that have seen better days. The market outside is always loud with people shouting and bikes zooming past, but we stay busy at our workbenches. We don't have any fancy uniforms or a polished front office. Usually, there’s a smell of solder in the air and a few half-finished cups of tea sitting around. People from the neighborhood bring in their computers when they won't turn on or when they get a virus. We don't use any high-tech tracking systems; we just write your name on a sticker and put it on the machine. It’s a small operation, just a couple of us who know our way around a motherboard. Sometimes a repair takes longer than we thought, especially if we have to wait for a part to arrive from across town. We’ve been in this market for a long time and we know most of the other shopkeepers. It’s a good spot to be. We just keep our heads down and try to get the technology working again for whoever walks through the door.
