Jay Kay Computer

Jay Kay Computer is over here in Beeta 1, specifically at C-32/B-120. It is a place where we spend most of our daylight hours working on various things. The office isn’t huge but it fits what we need to get through the day. We have some desks pushed against the walls and a lot of power strips on the floor that we have to be careful not to trip over. Most days are just about fixing what comes in or helping someone with a part they are looking for. We don’t have a big fancy lobby or a receptionist or anything like that. Just a door that sticks a little in the rainy season when the wood swells up. The walk from the main road isn't too bad, though it gets dusty when the wind picks up. Usually, we have the radio on or just the sound of the fans spinning to fill the silence. It’s pretty quiet unless someone is testing a speaker or a new computer build. We’ve got some old monitors in the corner that we should probably move, but they’ve been sitting there for months now. People from around the neighborhood stop by, sometimes just to ask a quick question about their machines. We try to keep things organized but sometimes the cables get tangled up when we are really busy with multiple jobs. It’s just a regular spot to get computer work done without any extra fuss. We take our lunch breaks around one o’clock together and usually someone goes out to grab tea.
