Rational Engineering

Rational Engineering is based at 30/2 in Sector 20, inside the Wear Well Complex. It’s a solid location for us, and we’ve been operating here for a good while. We do engineering work, which covers a lot of different things depending on what the customer brings in. The shop is usually humming with the sound of motors and fans. We aren't a huge team, just a few dedicated people who know their way around a toolbox. We don't use any high-flown language to describe what we do. We just take raw materials and turn them into whatever parts are needed. Sometimes it’s a simple job and sometimes it’s a real headache that takes three days to figure out. That’s just the way engineering is. The office part of the building is pretty small because we spend most of our time out on the floor. We don't have a lot of fancy furniture or decorations. We just have the machines and the workbenches. It’s a practical setup. We’ve seen other businesses come and go in the Wear Well Complex, but we’ve managed to stay put by just showing up every day and getting things done. We don't make a big deal out of anything, we just try to be useful and keep the workshop running smoothly. That's the way it's been since we opened.
