Sgs Engineering Works

Sgs Engineering Works is situated in the HSIDC Industrial Estate in Sector 31, specifically at 28 B. Being in the industrial estate means we are surrounded by a lot of heavy machinery and constant activity. Our shop is where we do all the engineering tasks that come our way. It’s a place filled with the smell of iron and the sound of welding every now and then. The floors are concrete and usually have a few scuff marks from moving heavy equipment around. We don't have any fancy carpets or air-conditioned waiting rooms. It’s a workspace through and through. The guys here are pretty good at figuring out how to fix things that seem broken beyond repair. We spend a lot of time looking at blueprints or just measuring things out with a tape. Lunch is usually a quick affair brought from home, eaten while sitting on whatever bench is free. Sector 31 is a bit of a trek for some of us, but we’ve gotten used to the commute. There isn't much room for talk about visions or goals here; we just want to get the engineering work done correctly so we can move on to the next job. The address at 28 B has been our home base for quite a stretch. We just focus on the metal and the machines and try to keep everything running smoothly without much fuss.
