With Quality Engineering International System

Our office is in Room No. 9 at Goswami Colony, right near the Palla Power House in Faridabad. It’s not the easiest place to find if you aren't from around here, but the power house is a good landmark to tell people. We’ve been operating With Quality Engineering International System from this small room for some time now. It’s a simple setup with a couple of computers and a lot of technical manuals stacked on the shelves. Engineering work requires a lot of focus, but with the power house nearby, there’s always a bit of hum in the air. We aren't a big company with hundreds of employees, just a dedicated team that knows their way around technical systems. Haryana summers are pretty brutal, so we’ve got a small cooler that barely keeps up with the heat in the afternoons. We usually start the day early before it gets too hot to think. Most of our time is spent looking at blueprints or typing up reports about different projects we are involved in. We eat our lunch together at the main desk because there isn't really a separate break room. It feels like a small family here, honestly. We don't use fancy jargon when we talk to people; we just explain what needs to be done in plain English. It’s hard work, but we are used to the grind by now. We usually stay late most evenings just to finish up the technical drawings.
