Milan Engineering Works

Milan Engineering Works is based at Plot No. 95 in Gali No. 8W, right near Saroorpur Bhadana Chowk. It’s right in the heart of the N. I. T. Industrial Area, which is always a hive of activity. Finding us can be a bit tricky if you don't know the lanes, as Gali No. 8W is tucked away. We’ve got a lot of heavy tools and lathes inside the shop. Most of the day is spent fixing parts or fabricating things that people bring in. It’s loud, and there is always a smell of grease and cutting oil in the air. We don't really have a front office, so most business happens right on the shop floor. We talk to people over the sound of the machines. The area around Saroorpur is pretty rough with the roads, but there’s a lot of work going on. We started small and just kept adding a machine here and there as we could afford it. The roof leaks a bit when it rains really hard, but we just move the machines out of the way and keep working. It’s a practical life, working with your hands and seeing something get made from a block of steel. We don't use any fancy software or big marketing plans. People just know us because we’ve been at this plot for a long time and we know our way around a lathe for years.
