Rare Street Cafe

Rare Street Cafe is up on the second floor of SCF 147 in Sector 37. It’s a busy part of Faridabad, especially with Shivalik Hospital right there in the Huda Market. We’ve been here for a while now. The stairs can be a bit steep when you’re coming up for the first time, but most people get used to it. The view from the window looks out over the market shops. It gets quite loud during the evening rush when everyone is out doing their shopping. We spend a lot of our day just making sure things are clean and the tables are set right. The kitchen is always a bit warm. You can hear the sounds of the traffic from the street below while you sit. It’s not a huge place, just a simple spot to sit down for a bit. We see a lot of people coming in after visiting the hospital or just walking through the market area. The pin code here is 121001 if you’re looking us up on a map. There’s no elevator, so everyone takes the stairs to the second floor. Sometimes we run out of chairs when it’s raining and everyone ducks inside. We just try to keep things moving. Most days are pretty similar, just opening up in the morning and closing down once the market gets quiet. It’s just us running the place every day.
