Our office is at K 114 in Sector 44, Gurgaon. We are pretty close to the Grand Mall, so it’s easy to find us if you’re in the neighborhood. We’ve been developing and promoting properties in this area for a long time. Gurgaon has changed so fast it’s hard to keep up sometimes, but we’ve managed to stay right in the middle of it. Our office is a busy place, with people coming in and out all day. We deal with a lot of different projects, some big and some small. We don't try to sound like a big corporate machine. We’re just people who know how to get buildings up and running. Sometimes the red tape is a real pain, but we’ve learned how to deal with it over the years. We spend a lot of time out at the sites, making sure things are actually happening the way they should. It’s a lot of dust and noise, but that’s the business. We don’t have a polished sales pitch. We just show people what we’re working on and let the work speak for itself. It’s a tiring job but we’ve been doing it so long we wouldn't know what else to do. We just keep moving forward with the next project on the list. The mall nearby is handy for when we need a quick break from all the blueprints. It is noisy around here but we wouldn't want to be anywhere else.
